Set In Motion

Ministry Partner of Great Commission Coffee

“This ministry [Set in Motion] has answered my prayers. I now know the love of God and can feel it working because people like you have compassion on us and love us and our families enough to fulfill our greatest needs. For that I thank you and ask God's greatest blessing on you and your family.”

Meet Aurelina

A grandmother in her late 60s, Aurelina ran a household of 8, taking care of her 7 grandchildren. Financial hardship had forced Aurelina’s son and daughter to leave the home. Aurelina’s daughter, the primary provider for the family, could only support her family for two-thirds of the month.

Unfortunately, this left Aurelina and her grand-children hungry for the remaining ten days.

Aurelina’s son, 16, had previously lived with the family – sporadically attending a middle/high school while also attempting to find work locally.  But without means of transportation he could do neither on a regular basis. Aurelina had to ask him to leave the home as she simply could not afford to feed him on his sister's contributions.

One year later, however, upon receiving the new bicycle and Bible from Set in Motion, Aurelina tearfully expressed her thankfulness and excitement. She could not wait to surprise her son with the bike and welcome him back home to live! Aurelina’s son then used the household bike as transportation to a local worksite where he too earned money to supplement his sister’s income and enhance his family’s quality of life.

How GCC gives 100% of Profits

Generously • Lovingly • Intentionally • Transparently • Obediently

1. We Donate

We give 100% of our yearly profits to partnering ministries. As a start-up business we are launching our work with our first partner, Set in Motion. Set in Motion aims to alleviate spiritual and physical poverty in rural Nicaragua by providing families with Bibles, bikes, food and other provisions, and spending time personally discipling rural villagers. The ministry aims to equip families to better meet their daily needs, to grow in their faith in Jesus Christ, and to experience hope and joy in new and refreshing ways. For more information, visit Set in Motion's website: fordnm.wix.com/setinmotion

2. We help other ministries fundraise.

If you are an evangelical ministry, missionary, nonprofit, or church planning a mission trip, we could partner with you to raise money to fund your efforts to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Contact us at greatcommissioncoffee@gmail.com to discuss the opportunity.  Once established as a partner, you can visit our Fundraising Tab to purchase bags of coffee at wholesale prices. You can even design your own logo and ministry description to place on the coffee bags. And the best part is you keep ALL of the profits from the sales of our coffee to support your mission!
